At Mangoeswala, we carefully deliver handpicked mangoes, homemade mango pickles, and fresh mango pulp directly sourced from trusted local farmers. Since our products are natural and perishable, our return policy is designed to be simple, fair, and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if the product received is:

  • Rotten from inside after cutting the mango
  • Worm or insect found inside the mango
  • Completely spoiled or fermented upon arrival
  • Incorrect item delivered (wrong mango variety, pickle, or pulp)
  • The pickle glass bottle is broken during transit
  • The mango pulp tin is damaged or leaking

If only a few mangoes in a box are affected (for example 1–2 pieces), we may provide a partial refund or replacement for the affected quantity, instead of the full box.

When to Inform Us

  • Please report the issue within 24–48 hours (1–2 days) of delivery.
  • This helps us verify quality-related concerns properly.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted, as mangoes naturally ripen over time.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Note your Order ID
  2. Take clear photos or a short video (outer & inside portion if cut)
  3. If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record a video while opening the parcel for verification purposes.
  4. Share details along with your Order ID via WhatsApp or email

Our support team will review your request and guide you further.

Refund & Replacement Process

  • Once approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund.
  • If payment was made via UPI or Card, the refund will be credited to the same payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error.
  • During peak mango season, resolution may take slightly longer.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Natural ripening spots, slight softness, or seasonal taste variation
  • Damage due to improper storage after delivery
  • Issues without clear photo/video proof
